The design allows capillary tubes to absorb micro blood by siphonage and stop at fixed volume. Place two fingers over the air vent and squeeze the bulb to expel the liquid to the test tube or centrifuge tube with dilution solution. After mixing, gently squeeze the bulb to absorb the diluted solution, and the capacity of the solution can be set in advance, thus a pipette can complete the fixed volume blood collection, dilution and transfer functions. It’s very convenient. Available in collection volume from 2ul – 20ul and transferring volume from 50ul – 150ul, imbibitions error is less than 10%. It’s very applicable to POCT for fixed volume dilution and processing requirements of specimens.
